After a successful payment, your download link appears immediately on screen. You can also re-download anytime from My Purchases in your account — just sign in and click Download. If the issue persists, please contact us via the chat widget on our homepage.
Yes. Razorpay sends a transaction confirmation directly to your registered mobile or email. You can also find your Payment ID in the My Purchases section.

No. We are a 100% digital products store. Nothing is printed or shipped. You download the files and print them yourself, or use them digitally. This means instant delivery, no waiting!
Yes! All our printable files are high-resolution (300 DPI or higher) so they look sharp when printed at home or at any professional print shop. Most files are designed for A4 or US Letter size — the product page will specify.
We do take limited custom orders! Reach out to us through the chat widget on the homepage or email us with your requirements. Custom work is priced separately based on complexity and turnaround time.
Most products are in English, designed to be universally usable. Some planners and designs may include Tamil text. This is always mentioned in the product description — check before buying!

We add new free designs regularly! Subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of the homepage to get notified whenever new products or free designs are added.
Because our products are digital and instantly downloadable, we generally do not offer refunds after a file has been accessed or downloaded. However, if there is a technical issue — like a corrupted file or a missing item in a bundle — we will resolve it or issue a refund on a case-by-case basis.
If your payment went through but you cannot find your purchase in My Purchases, contact us immediately with your Payment ID. We will verify and either restore your access or issue a full refund promptly.

Yes! Some of our products are also available on our Etsy shop. However, buying directly from sririthan.in gets you the lowest price — no Etsy marketplace fees are added.
They're run by the same team, but they are separate storefronts. Your sririthan.in account and Etsy account are not linked. Purchases on Etsy are tracked through Etsy, not through My Purchases here.
