- Account info: name, email address, and profile photo (if you sign in with Google).
- Order info: products purchased, payment ID, and order amount (we never store your full card or UPI details — payments are processed securely by Razorpay).
- Usage info: wishlist items, cart contents, downloads, and reviews you submit.
- Communication: messages you send us through the contact/chat feature.
How we use your information
- To process and deliver your orders and digital downloads.
- To respond to your support requests and messages.
- To send order confirmations and, if you've subscribed, occasional updates about new products.
- To improve our products and shopping experience.
How your information is stored
Your data is stored securely using Firebase (by Google), with industry-standard encryption and access controls. Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay — we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.
Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Information is only shared with trusted service providers (such as Firebase and Razorpay) strictly to operate the store and process payments.
Your choices
- You can unsubscribe from email updates at any time.
- You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting us.
Cookies
We use minimal local storage/cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cart — nothing is used for third-party advertising tracking.
