Since files are delivered instantly and can be downloaded immediately after purchase, we're unable to offer refunds simply due to change of mind, once a download link has been accessed.
Contact us within 7 days of purchase through the Contact page, with your payment ID and a description of the issue. We typically respond within 24–48 hours and will either fix the issue, send a replacement file, or process a refund where applicable.
Free designs and downloads are not eligible for refunds, as no payment was made.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
